We will take fraudulent or illegal activities on this site very seriously, however we will respect your privacy and we will not otherwise disclose your personal information to other Bid4MyCar registered users or third parties unless we believe in good faith that the disclosure of such information is necessary to prevent imminent financial loss or physical harm to another of our registered user(s).
Your User ID is displayed throughout the Site and is therefore available to the public. All of your activities on the Site will be traceable to your User ID. Other people may see your bids, and car(s) that you have purchased in the past.

Your Bid4MyCar password is the key and very important to your Bid4MyCar account. We advise that you should not disclose your password to anyone and also to use unique numbers, letters, and special characters when forming your passwords. We will not in any way be held liable if you do share your password or your personal information with others.  You are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account, including actions that result in the listing of illegal or stolen car(s) on your account. If your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify us and change your password.
You can see, review and change most of your personal information by logging into the Site and going to the "My Account" section of My Bid4MyCar. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate.

We make every effort to ensure that your personal information is safe with us by using standard industry practices, including encryption, passwords and physical security, to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure.
